Health Office Support Specialist

The Princeton Public School District is seeking a skilled Health Paraprofessional to support the health office team in providing quality student-centered care. As a member of the team, you will perform a variety of high-standard functions to support the needs of the healthcare team and students.
Responsibilities:
Collect and document student information in the school-based electronic documentation system
Observe student conditions and perform necessary treatments and procedures in accordance with policies, procedures, and practice guidelines
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and students to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for each student
Collaborate with the health and education teams to improve processes and workflow
Requirements:
Medical experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work at all Princeton District student locations in a casual/substitute role
Willingness to obtain and maintain CPR certification
Working Conditions:
Monday - Friday, with potential for summer hours during Tiger Club
Elementary and middle school/high school hours: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm and 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, respectively
