Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all assigned preparation tasks and organize the cooking station.
  • Ensure high standards of product presentation, quality, and cooking times.
  • Prepare menu items in accordance with Rigsby's recipes and presentation guidelines.

Essential Duties:

  • Prepare menu items following Rigsby's established recipes and specifications.
  • Complete all designated prep work efficiently.
  • Set up the workstation as per the designated layout.
  • Adhere to sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area before, during, and after shifts.
  • Carry out assigned daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to reach and place items on both high and low shelves.
  • Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in using knives, slicing tools, and other food preparation equipment.
  • Physical mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
