Stryten Energy, a leading provider of energy storage solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Specialist to join its team.

About the Role

This 1st shift position offers a unique opportunity to work in a stable and growing industry with a strong customer base. As an essential business, we continue to thrive during economic downturns, and we are expanding our teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing injection molding machine automation equipment, working closely with plastic process engineers to identify problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with machine vision systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, and hydraulic/electric molding machines.
  • Take ownership of automation aspects of processes, increasing production speed while maintaining quality requirements and uptime.
  • Program changes as required by continuing improvement projects and new product systems implementation.
  • Validate and update equipment calibration procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, technical school preferred.
  • Strong oral, written, computer, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Understanding of network topologies, protocols, and related equipment.
Competencies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Windows environments.
  • Autodesk Electrical understanding and experience with RS Logix.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
