The Community Engagement Specialist / Brand Development Coordinator is tasked with fostering relationships with external stakeholders to enhance the visibility of Autism Care Partners within the community, aiming to boost referrals for children across the organization. This role involves collaboration with departmental leaders to comprehend the distinct needs and clinical services offered by each department, as well as the care proposition for both the child and the community. The individual will ensure that the community is well-informed about Autism Care Partners' exceptional treatment options, aligning with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with marketing, recruitment, and other essential Brand/Talent-related departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a fundamental aspect of this role.
  • Grasp the business model, brand identity, and culture of Autism Care Partners to create an inclusive and outstanding outreach/community experience.
  • Lead outreach initiatives and engage external referral partners throughout the state, driving new referrals by strengthening existing relationships and establishing new referral partnerships.
  • Work with service line leaders to understand the evolving departmental needs across various locations and the clinical services available at each site.
  • Build relevant community contacts to enhance referral volume, ensuring alignment with departmental capacity.
  • Identify, evaluate, and strategize around community and professional events, attending them in person as necessary.
  • Spot opportunities for growth and expansion that correspond with the current needs of Autism Care Partners in each market.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts and notes in the Autism Care Partners Outreach tracking database.
  • Manage the Outreach Database Information to ensure it is up-to-date for mailings, newsletters, and other outreach-related tasks.
  • Support other departments and agency functions as needed.

Travel Expectations: Frequent travel required, including in-person visits to various locations as guided by leadership. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary (discussed in advance).

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in sales/outreach.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Employees in this role are considered essential workers within the critical infrastructure.
  • No prior criminal history.
  • Proficient in technology use.
  • Must have reliable transportation to support this outreach-oriented position requiring travel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Airtable experience preferred.
  • Availability to work during regular business hours, as well as after hours or weekends when necessary.
