The Audiovisual Technology Supervisor is accountable for the comprehensive audiovisual support services across the campus. This role entails overseeing and managing all facets of audiovisual operations, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the institution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the audiovisual support team, establishing objectives, managing performance, and facilitating professional growth.
- Oversee daily operational support for audiovisual equipment, including ticket management and customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs, internal processes, and inventory management systems.
- Act as the primary escalation point for audiovisual incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships related to operations, including service agreements and supply orders.
- Advise on the development of campus strategies regarding audiovisual services and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in a related area, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Extensive knowledge of audiovisual systems and desktop support technologies.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
