As a Center Leader, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Leading by example, showcasing a commitment to positively impacting the lives of children and staff by fostering an atmosphere of trust and connection with diverse groups.
  • Ensuring the center's physical environment meets all health and safety standards in compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Maintaining a fully staffed center with high-performing educators through proactive recruitment, training, coaching, and engagement with current and prospective team members.
  • Guiding educators in utilizing their enthusiasm for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum, leveraging engaging characters to create a fun learning environment.
  • Delivering consistent operational results, assessed through family retention, enrollment growth, and effective business management, including accounts receivable and payable, monthly financial reports, and payroll.
  • Engaging prospective families through both in-person and virtual tours of the center, and organizing community marketing events to enhance visibility and enrollment.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Two or more years of leadership/management experience in an educational setting; at least one year required.
  • Must possess state-specific Administrative or Director credentials, along with any other relevant state guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of state licensing regulations.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
All candidates must meet applicable background screening and state licensing requirements for the position.
