Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team at Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing. As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, working closely with the nursing team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards, physician's orders, and approved care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 12 months of hospital practical nursing experience.
