As an Executive Director of Restaurant Operations at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for leading restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew. You will demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles, driving a culture of operational excellence with a focus on culinary, beverage, and service excellence, and creating an over-the-top crew experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations to achieve balanced results from the perspective of guest, employee, process excellence, and financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profits through people, personal, business, and results leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and crew members.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- 5+ years of management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business.
- 3+ years of consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in Service & Culinary Manager positions required.
- Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining/full service Restaurant Manager required (external candidates).
- ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or the ability to obtain required.
- Proficiency in communicating (verbally and in writing) in English required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation
USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 per year.
