Overview

Compensation
You can expect to earn an estimated salary of $20.98 - $24.23 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met, with top performers earning up to $62,460 per year.

Job Description
This is a fast-paced retail environment where you will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service. As part of our team, you will participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a team environment, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required. We offer comprehensive training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
