Nursing Care Specialist

About the Role:- You will coordinate and implement nursing care for patients recovering from surgery
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and administer medications as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An earned nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certifications (dependent on unit assignment)
- Able to communicate in English verbally and legibly
- Prolonged standing and working for up to twelve hours a day

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
