We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our team at National Vision. As a primary eye care specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling and safeguarding our patients' ability to experience their best vision.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary eye care services to patients, including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and eyeglass prescriptions.
- Manage ocular disease to your comfort level, including but not limited to:
- Treating corneal ulcers and uveitis
- Red eye
- Diagnosing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma
- Removal of foreign bodies
- Diagnosing macular disease, retinal holes and retinal detachments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD) from an Accredited School of Optometry
- State Licensed or will be licensed to practice Optometry (New Graduates) in the state in which you will be practicing.
