Position Summary
As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, control your patient schedule, set your fee schedule, and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality eye care services to patients
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with patients
- Manage your practice and staff (if applicable)
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
