Customer Success Manager

SIMCO is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a field salesperson, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renew contract agreements on time and apply price increases as needed
- Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships
- Upsell existing accounts by expanding the scope of services provided
- Prospect to cross-sell new accounts and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM solutions like Salesforce
- Ability to navigate internal systems and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and accountable for achieving performance results
