Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will involve developing and growing our business and market share across large global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales teams to close large, complex deals by utilizing in-depth account planning, pipeline development, opportunity reviews, and deal coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, SEs, product specialists, field marketing, SDRs, partner account managers, and channel partners.
  • Drive big deal thinking and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Create a consistent cadence for driving partner-led demand generation, call campaigns, and strong opportunity management skills.
  • Develop executive selling skills to engage with various CxOs, IT management, and other key decision-makers.
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
  • Responsible for building 3 Month, 6 Month, and 9 Month pipelines.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in Large Deal or Strategy/Business Development experience.
  • 7-10 years of consultative sales experience into Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with IT networking, specifically Data Center Switching, Automation software, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid cloud use cases.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and MEDDPIC sales methodology.
  • Referenceable track record of successful sales experience working with other sales and engineering teams to learn and pitch new products.
  • Strong track record of driving sales through channel partners in Enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills and strength in critical thinking, client development, and strategy.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $239,360.00 and $344,080.00/year. The total compensation package includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation time, sick leave, and parental leave. Additional details will be provided if an offer is extended.
