Job Summary

About the Role

This position requires a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications as needed. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Care Planning: Develop personalized care plans that address patients' unique requirements and goals.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by physicians or other qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Working Conditions

This role may involve exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and other hazardous materials. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities as needed.

Requirements
  • Licensure: Possess a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working in an acute care setting, preferably with patients having psychiatric or mental health disorders.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $123,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
