Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, refine, and communicate the squad's mission and roadmap to motivate and establish team and partner support and alignment.
  • Anticipate, discover through ongoing interaction with, and prioritize partner needs to serve as their voice and guide the execution of the team.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; CFA / CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in end-to-end technology solution delivery, 6 years awareness of Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions.
  • Financial services experience, preferred.
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.
  • Experience in Asset Management industry is desirable.
