Job Description

At ASP Web Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled CRM Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Solutions program, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' business processes and CRM software usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to customers with CRM technical support issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Consulting Services: Collaborate with customers to identify business process improvements and develop strategies to implement them using CRM software.
  • Training and Development: Train new customers on the use of Intranet Quorum (IQ) product and provide ongoing support and maintenance services.
Requirements and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience are required. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
