Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance industry
- Understand clients' unique insurance needs and craft tailored solutions
- Present and explain insurance policies to clients
- Prepare insurance quotes for multiple lines of business, including property, casualty, life, and commercial lines
- Provide exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds our customers' expectations
- Valid Property, Casualty & Life and Health insurance producer licenses (or willingness to obtain one)
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, health, and commercial lines
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other technology such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Supremely high level of integrity and professionalism
