At Mindlance, we are seeking a highly skilled Windows Admin to join our team. As a Windows Admin, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and efficient Windows Server infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agencies and business areas to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and security infrastructure requirements.
  • Perform Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) business application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 platforms.
  • Provide L3 Analytical and Technical support for COTS/business application interfaces and system interconnects implemented on converged/mixed environments.
  • Utilize tools like WireShark, Process Monitor, Netstat, Ping, Traceroute, TelNet, etc. to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Perform Analytical and Technical support for COTS/business applications using Splunk for log analysis, system monitoring, and system performance tuning.
  • Develop scripting knowledge on PowerShell, WMI, and other scripting languages to automate and administer application maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 84 months experience working with agencies/business areas to understand business requirements.
  • 84 months experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
  • 60 months experience performing Analytical and Technical support of COTS/business applications.
  • 24 months experience in scripting knowledge on PowerShell, WMI, and other scripting languages.
