We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Medical Telemetry Unit at Delray Medical Center. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Administrative Director to develop and implement unit goals and objectives
- Direct and oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations
- Provide education and training to staff on theoretical and clinical expertise
- Ensure 24-hour accountability for clinical resource and continuity of patient care
- Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license and relevant experience in a medical telemetry setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulations
