Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM Developer to join our team. As a PeopleSoft HCM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining PeopleSoft customizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, and configuration issues.
  • Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.
  • Work with Functional Analysts in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining PeopleSoft customizations.
  • Code and unit test PeopleSoft customizations.
  • Migrate projects/objects from development to test.
  • Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for moving to the production environment.
  • Work onsite 2 days per week.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Three supervisory references with your resume.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Three years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Three years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Five years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and testing and/or PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
  • Expert-level knowledge in SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, REST-based webservers, App Designer, SQR, AWE, and/or PeopleCode.
  • Ability to provide expert customer service.
