Key Responsibilities
  • Review order submittal packages for complete and accurate information
  • Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to determine lead times and communicate scheduling information with operations, sales, and clients
  • Daily processing of work order with job travelers, production schedule up-dates, and maintenance of work order revisions
  • Review all work orders and job travelers for accuracy of information
  • Provide information/feedback on work orders for clarification
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years in manufacturing customer service / order processing
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Experience using EPICOR or other ERP/MRP system is required
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech savvy
  • Clear understanding of BOM materials, wattage and measurements
