Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to support our store operations. This role will be responsible for managing the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and contributing to our mission of reducing waste and promoting reuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team member development.
  • Oversee the backroom product flow function, ensuring efficient processing and stocking of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and promote sustainability in store operations.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
