Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and programs, resource requirements, training needs, deliverables, and designing and testing projects, inclusive of data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and programs, including resource requirements, training needs, and deliverables
  • Design and test projects, inclusive of data management
  • Provide statistical analyses of quality improvement data
  • Implement multi-site health policy and systems research projects with collaborators
  • Assist with analyses of health systems and policies, and facilitate strategic implementation needs across operational levels
  • Develop and implement standardized tools, frameworks, and metrics to ensure execution of project deliverables
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, including working with logistics teams to ensure all aspects of meeting organization are addressed
  • Coordinate site visits and progress meetings, including preparation of agenda and summary reports
  • Facilitate communication and implementation of initiatives with global collaborators, including multi-national agencies such as WHO, and governmental stakeholders
  • Develop and design compelling reports, research/policy briefs, and messaging specifically tailored for needs in partnership with diverse collaborators
  • Develop strong working relationships with partners both at client and key global collaborator sites
  • Work with team members across sites to ensure timely accomplishment of deliverables
  • Facilitate discussions in live meetings, presentations, and email/written communications
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in complex project management
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in global health systems and policies, including research and monitoring
  • Bilingual in one of the following languages: French, Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Arabic
  • PowerBI/Data Visualization experience preferred
  • Experience designing and managing programs with a focus on customer needs
  • Experience in program budget tracking, reporting, and risk management
  • Proven experience engaging with senior leaders to facilitate decision-making
  • Experience providing guidance and mentorship within program management
  • Some experience driving continuous program improvement projects
  • Masters Degree in public health, public policy, epidemiology, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience leading multi-sector stakeholders in project planning and implementation
