Job Summary:

Aaron's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the management of one of our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing assets, and developing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the overall strategy and operations of the store, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Manage the store's profit and loss, including asset management, customer growth, and revenue production.
• Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional managers and other stakeholders to share best practices and drive business results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance the store's competitive position.
