Your Key Responsibilities

">

* Deliver an outstanding customer experience, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner* Promote our fitness services, including membership options, personal training, and group classes* Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities* Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive club environment, fostering a sense of community among members* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and product knowledge* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry related to sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

">

* 1-2 years of retail or fitness sales experience, preferably in a membership-based environment* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other software applications as required* CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts* High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
