**Job Title:** Patient Advocate - Eligibility Specialist

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Advocate - Eligibility Specialist to join our team at RevOne Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for determining eligibility for individuals and families who need assistance with healthcare coverage options.

**Job Description:** As a Patient Advocate - Eligibility Specialist, you will work closely with clients to collect and review their information, determine their eligibility, and prepare documents for accuracy and completeness. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain professional relationships with The WellFund staff and Hospital client staff.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn application processes determined by state and federal programs
• Expertise in organization and administrative work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate through several systems including hospital systems and state systems
• Work independently and must be multi-task oriented

**Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience.

**Schedule:** Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
