Key Responsibilities
  • Support Distribution Leadership: Provide assistance on all loss prevention, security, and safety issues.
  • Respond to Emergency Events: Respond to complex and general emergency events as required.
  • Perform Associate and Vendor Check-in/Check-out: Perform associate and vendor check-in and check-out processes to company standard.
  • Build Strong Rapport: Build a strong rapport with associates and leadership and assist Operational partners with resolving day-to-day needs.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate truck yard records of incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments and complete accurate reports of all logistics security incidents; facilitate on-site employee oral drug screenings.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform all other duties assigned by leadership based on business needs.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalency required.
  • Attitude: Welcoming and helpful attitude towards peers and Operations partners.
  • Experience: 1 or more years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and computer skills. Effective communication skills. Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Attendance: Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Loss Prevention Experience: Loss prevention, security, or safety experience; with first aid/CPR/AED training.
  • Security Equipment Knowledge: Working knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, and access control).
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Stand and walk throughout a shift. Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods. Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds. Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
