Key Responsibilities:

  • Wound care and management
  • Medication administration and management
  • Catheter care and management
  • Diabetic care and education
  • Accurate and timely documentation
  • Visits may involve basic wellness checks, disease management education, follow-up on medical visits, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

  • MA Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
