Client Support Professional

Job Summary:
The Client Support Specialist I at Atomic Data is the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert problem identification, analysis, and troubleshooting services. This role involves handling incoming calls, tickets, and emails, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resolutions to external and internal customers through expert problem identification, analysis, and appropriate troubleshooting
- Create tickets for all client interactions and maintain an organized workflow
- Communicate effectively with both technical staff and end users
- Meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to be adaptable and work collaboratively on a team
- Help desk and/or Customer Service experience in a professional environment (preferred)
- Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from Atomic Data facilities
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
