About the Role

This position plays a critical part in developing and implementing the district's overall digital strategy, focusing on engagement, accessibility, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex information, prioritize tasks effectively, and make informed decisions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital communications plan that meets the district's objectives and resonates with diverse audiences;
  • Create high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the website;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistent branding across all digital channels;
  • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and impact;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital communications to stay ahead of industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital communications, preferably in an educational setting;
  • Expertise in content creation, social media marketing, and web development;
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana or Trello;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
