Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dental Care of Tuckerton in Cypress, TX.

Job RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). You should also have excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
Preferred QualificationsA minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, as well as experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is essential.
Physical RequirementsThe ideal candidate must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes prolonged periods of sitting and standing, lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds at times, and availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, which will be arranged during the pre-employment process.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off).
