Medical Device Assembly Specialist

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is seeking a skilled Operator Assembler III to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and tending specified equipment and machines to create precision components and assemblies for the medical device industry.
Responsibilities- Quality Control: Inspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specifications.
- Material Handling: Use Bill of Material (BOM) to pull required materials and read and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQIs).
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain machinery and equipment, including hot stamping, sonic welding, pad printing, resistance welding, and silicone back filling.
- Assembly and Packaging: Perform assembly and secondary production operations, including packaging and labeling of products.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of products being produced and perform periodic checks on output.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience using a microscope and knowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulations.
- Skills: Knowledge of machinery and equipment, ability to read and understand work instructions, prints, and IPs, and basic math concepts and skills.
- Personal Qualities: Dexterity and hand and eye coordination, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks, and mechanical aptitude.
- Experience: 2-4 years of manufacturing experience.
- Skills: Ability to read and understand blueprints and experience in a cleanroom environment.
