DESE Research, Inc. is actively searching for a dedicated Pricing Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, possess strong multi-tasking abilities, and work efficiently with minimal oversight. Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, with a focus on effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the pricing methodology, from Request for Proposal (RFP) to submission, with proficiency in various contract types such as CPFF, FFP, T&M, among others.
  • Organize and manage pricing data requests to team members and subcontractors, including the creation of templates and providing necessary guidance.
  • Compile detailed cost volumes, incorporating both sanitized and unsanitized pricing, narratives, and supporting schedules.
  • Oversee proposal management, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Conduct cost/price analysis and generate analytical schedules as required by the RFP or for management's decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or a related field.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and its modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
