Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Operations: Ensure all daily tasks are completed, including cash wrap operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
