ABM Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Custodian to join our team at Western University. As a Night Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of university facilities during evening hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform all necessary custodial duties, including vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting, and taking out trash
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including bathrooms and other high-traffic areas
- Be able to stand, bend, and lift 25 pounds on an 8-hour shift
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
- Provide excellent customer service to university staff, students, and visitors
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
