At LHH, we are seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, including corporate governance and filings. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents. The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office and contract management systems.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate law experience, including corporate governance & filings
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management systems
- Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Hybrid schedule
What We Offer:
Salary: $95,000-$100,000/yr.
