We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternal Health Care Provider to join our team at Steele Memorial Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to obstetric and gynecological patients, including prenatal, postpartum, and well-woman care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and guidelines in maternal health care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho.
- Experience in obstetric and gynecological nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
