About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate EAP Counselor to join our team of licensed therapists. As an independent contractor, you will provide counseling services to clients via tele or video, utilizing your expertise to support their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct EAP counseling sessions with clients, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision.
  • Must have 3 or more years of post-graduate counseling experience.
  • Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate.
