Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex and urgent issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order/Issue Management: Effectively manage workload to ensure order counts, calls, and email volumes are addressed within service levels.
- Relationship Management: Partner with sales team and share information to effectively manage the customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Process/Team Support: Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking, resolving complex issues, and managing teammate escalations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 3-5 years or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated SAP experience - Preferably in Order to Cash/Sales and Distribution.
- Ability to perform effectively in a self-directed team and other departments.
