In the role of Healthcare Sales Specialist, your daily activities may include:

  • Engaging with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital administrators, and case managers, to promote AdvisaCare's home health and hospice services.
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Developing strategic business plans and maintaining targeted outreach lists to ensure each patient receives personalized care.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field is preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in sales within the healthcare sector.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience in healthcare or a related field, with knowledge of healthcare service needs preferred.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information about Medicare, home health, and hospice services to various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory and attend sales meetings, with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Established relationships with referral partners in the service area are advantageous.
  • A positive demeanor complemented by strong customer service skills.
