As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Dust and wet mop floors in hallways, entryways, and common areas, adhering to a strict cleaning schedule.
- Strip, wax, and buff floors according to the established cleaning schedule, using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
- Inspect equipment for proper functioning and report any defects to the supervisor.
- Clean equipment after each use and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with cleaning of residents' rooms and common areas, following established cleaning schedules and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, tactful, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards the elderly and disabled.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
