This attorney will be a member of the Field Distribution Team, handling legal matters related to the Company's independent contractor sales force. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, comfort with drafting agreements, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide solution-oriented advice to business professionals.
What We're Looking For
We need an attorney with 2-5 years of experience, preferably with knowledge of independent contractor sales forces. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree, a license to practice law in Wisconsin, or a commitment to become licensed within the first year of employment. We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a highly analytical and curious mind, creativity, comfort dealing with ambiguity, integrity, high ethical standards, and a positive demeanor.
