Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Aledade, Inc. in Engelhard, NC.
Job Summary:The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality primary medical care, diagnostic and therapeutic care, and education and preventive care advice to all patients served. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities:- Provides direct primary care medical services to patients.
- Provides outpatient primary care medical services within scope of practice as determined by delineation of privileges.
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical history.
- Prescribe and interpret lab tests.
- Assigned to one primary site for delivery of care, with cross coverage at other sites when necessary.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Proven experience as a provider in Family Practice.
- Licensed by NC Board of Nursing to practice medicine.
- Board Certification in a primary care specialty preferred.
- DEA Certification.

Work Location:In person - Engelhard, NC.
$95,000-$115,000.
