Requirements:

  • Formal paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in defense litigation.
  • Preferred experience in Florida Workers' Compensation law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
