Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team of hospitality professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant concept. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience, driving revenue growth, and maintaining a profitable operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
    • Develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
    • Manage all P&L considerations according to budget
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including beverage program management and inventory control
    • Ensure compliance with company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
    • Complete all financial and personnel/administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner
  • Guest Service and Hospitality
    • Respond to guest service complaints in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure the excellence of the service and hospitality provided by the entire team
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience
    • Minimum of 2 years General Manager experience in an elevated dining setting
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
    • Ability to comply with safety and health code standards
