Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Good Samaritan Society in Park River, ND. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to patients, residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
  • Operate various cooking equipment, including mixers, slicers, kettles, and ovens
  • Manage food inventory and storage
  • Work collaboratively with internal customers to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of six months of applicable experience
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
  • Basic math skills
