This role is essential in ensuring that all project activities align with both company standards and contractual obligations, while also facilitating the overall project timeline through technical assistance in planning, execution, quality assurance, and project closeout. The position will cover Northern California and the Bay Area, with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction: Conduct job setups, capture site images, manage material inventory, and perform job site inspections.
  • Construction: Monitor field activities, manage schedules, and maintain Mobile-As-Built documentation.
  • Post-Construction: Submit Mobile-As-Built documents, compile site images, and finalize job closures.
  • Ensure quality control of project documentation.
  • Verify time sheets for accuracy.
  • Communicate project performance to the Construction Manager/Project Manager, highlighting potential stakeholder conflicts and project risks.
  • Support the overall project timeline by providing technical assistance throughout construction phases, including planning, execution, quality control, and project completion.
  • Identify and communicate project risks to the Project Manager as they arise, aiding in the development of effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the management of overall project performance.
  • Adhere to the company's safety and quality management protocols.
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering an environment of trust and transparency, maintaining personal accountability, and communicating effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction or utility sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Northern California.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Construction, Project Management, or Engineering.
