Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
- Assist with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Transport patients to and from appointments and activities.
- Assist with mealtime and snack services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course and maintained in good standing.
- Possession of a current valid Texas driver's license or regular means of transportation to and from work.
- One (1) year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
