About the Role: As a Student Monitor at Adams 12 Five Star Schools, you will play a vital role in supporting student behavior and academic success. This position requires a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of students, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • • Supervise students in various settings, including lunch, recess, and study hall.
  • Assist students with individual behavior management, following district guidelines and direct supervisor guidance.
  • Communicate behavioral concerns to administration and provide assistance for students requiring additional educational guidance.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, no experience required, but one-year experience providing general supervision to students or within a classroom environment preferred. Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Compensation and Benefits: Classified positions are paid on an hourly basis, with Newly hired classified employees initially placed on Step 1 of the pay grade for their position. Classified employees can advance up to 7 steps based on previous experience. Final hourly placement is dependent on the Grade Level for the position being posted and employees' previous work experience. The estimated salary for this position is $17.77 - $21.91 per hour, depending on experience.
